A "Constitution" for Professional Associations

This piece was not secretly microfilmed from the confidential files of a pro fessional association, but is a tongue-in-cheek attempt to reconcile preaching and practice in the external and internal rules of professional organizations. If a constitution carried prescriptions based on all the important behaviors of the group, it might read like this.
